Ms. Consentino is a member of the Real Estate Acquisition, Leasing, Banking Law, Commercial Finance, and Corporate Law practice groups. She has over 25 years of experience in all areas of transactional real estate law including equity financing and lending work (including multi-property and multi-state loans and equity transactions), joint ventures, sale/leasebacks, acquisitions and dispositions, construction and development, management agreements, complex commercial leasing (landlord and tenant – all property types including solar and telecommunications), and family office transition and succession issues. Lynn’s work involves all real estate asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hotel, land, senior living, mixed use projects, commercial condominiums, parking garages, and private residences. Her clients include developers, public and private institutional investors, traditional banks, specialty lenders, private funds, general and limited partners, and family offices.
Lynn has experienced a variety of roles in the real estate industry including specialty finance lender, private equity investor, director of marketing and investor relations, and business and capital development manager. She also served as general counsel and vice president for a family office that owns millions of square feet of industrial, office, and retail space in Long Island. For over 15 years, Lynn ran her own law firm where she managed 10 attorneys and 6 paralegals. Lynn’s large law firm training came from both Shearman & Sterling and Duane Morris in New York City. She began her career in 1995 as a law clerk for a U.S. District Court Judge in the Southern District of New York.
