Catherine S. Campbell Partner

Ms. Campbell is an accomplished attorney, providing corporate and litigation services to business clients and individuals.  She has extensive experience in contract negotiation and drafting in addition to resolving commercial disputes, advising on corporate formations and governance, guiding employers and employees/independent contractors on HR matters, reviewing advertising, promotions and social media for legal clearance, addressing intellectual property rights and litigating commercial cases in federal and state tribunals.
