The Leasing practice group, which works closely with the firm’s Real Estate Acquisition and Land Use and Zoning practice groups, counsels clients from the letter of intent stage through lease execution.

- Shopping center owners, managers and developers in the leasing of in-line and anchor locations, including theaters, health clubs, and restaurants
- National, regional and local retailers in the leasing of shopping center and stand-alone locations
