The Land Use and Zoning practice group, which works in conjunction with the firm’s Real Estate Acquisition group, counsels clients at all stages of real estate development, from project conceptualization and preliminary zoning due diligence through all federal, state and local land use approval and permitting processes, as well as compliance with the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
