Land Use Attorney Diana Bunin Kolev joins DelBello Donnellan Weingarten Wise & Wiederkehr LLP
We are pleased to announce that Diana Bunin Kolev has joined the firm as a partner in our Land Use Practice Group.
Diana has extensive experience handling zoning and land use approvals as well as land use litigation. Diana will be working with our other land use partners on all stages of real estate development, from project conceptualization and preliminary zoning due diligence through all federal, state and local land use approval and permitting processes. The Land Use Practice Group works on a broad spectrum of real estate and land use matters including large-scale urban renewal redevelopment projects, commercial, retail, hotel and mixed use projects, public/private development partnerships, Industrial Development Agency and Local Development Corporation projects and financing, office, laboratory and high technology center developments and single and multi-family residential developments.
Diana is a graduate of Pace University School of Law, magna cum laude, and New York University, magna cum laude. She served as Secretary of the Westchester County Bar Association from 2015- 2017, where she is currently Co-Chair of the CLE Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee. Diana is also a regularly featured speaker at land use continuing education programs.
