Bronx County Supreme Court grants summary judgment to Firm’s client in action involving competing claims to title to real property

In an action involving competing claims to title to real property in the Bronx, the Court granted the Firm’s motion for summary judgment on behalf of its client declaring it to be the rightful owner of the real property at issue, and denied the plaintiffs competing motion for summary judgment that the plaintiff was the rightful owner.  The Court also granted the Firm’s motion for leave to amend its answer to assert a claim to for record closure of the property to extinguish the Plaintiffs interest therein.
