DDW Attorneys Represent the Developer in the Development of New Custom-Built Office Space for the New York Power Authority

Through the joint efforts of attorneys in both the Real Estate and Land Use and Zoning practice groups, our attorneys completed the sale of a development site by an affiliate of our long-standing client, The Cappelli Organization, to the New York Power Authority (“NYPA”) for the development and construction of new custom-built office space. The project, which is now underway, will be built by LRC Construction in collaboration with certain affiliates of RXR Realty.

This exciting development comes as part of the second phase of the development of the site of the former White Plains Mall, and now known as Hamilton Green. Our attorneys had also represented affiliates of RXR Realty and The Cappelli Organization in connection with the developers of the initial development phase, with AVE Hamilton Green expected to open later this year.
