DDW Attorneys Represent the Developer in the Development of the Initial Phase of the Former White Plains Mall Site

Attorneys in our Real Estate and Land Use and Zoning practice groups constituted the legal team in effectuating the approvals for, and subsequent acquisition, development and construction of, the first phase of the of the former White Plains Mall Site by its clients,  affiliates of RXR Realty and The Cappelli Organization.  The $650 million mixed-use development will bring 860 new rental apartments on-line starting in 2025, and is designed to include vibrant, pedestrian-friendly and sustainable spaces, including a publicly accessible plaza area.
