Newberg,a graduate of Princeton University and Columbia Law School, has extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters, intellectual property, real estate development and financing, mergers and acquisitions, including advice and representation in the financing and securities areas, both public and private, private equity and counseling of both small and large enterprises. He is a resident of Westport, CT.
Harry J. Nicolay has specialized in commercial litigation for over 25 years. Admitted in both New York and New Jersey, Mr. Nicolay has developed an extensive knowledge in a broad range of commercial litigation areas, including contract law, debtor/creditor rights, fraudulent conveyances and construction law. He is a graduate of Villanova University and Pepperdine Law School. He is a resident of Greenwich, CT.
Scott M. Salant has practiced in the area of commercial litigation since 1989. He is admitted in both New York and Massachusetts and has developed experience in a wide range of commercial litigation areas including contract law, securities litigation and arbitration, real estate law, employment law, and corporate dissolution. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and Boston University Law School. He is a resident of New Canaan, CT.
