Overview
The firm’s Leasing practice group has extensive experience representing developers, lenders, landlords and tenants in connection with the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. The Leasing practice group, which works closely with the firm’s Real Estate Acquisition and Land Use and Zoning practice groups, counsels clients from the letter of intent stage through lease execution.
The Leasing practice group represents:
- Landlords and tenants in the preparation, review and negotiation of office leases and industrial property leases
- Shopping center owners, managers and developers in the leasing of in-line and anchor locations, including theaters, health clubs, and restaurants
- National, regional and local retailers in the leasing of shopping center and stand-alone locations
